1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website, the visitor agrees to these Website Terms, the Privacy Notice and the Legal Disclosures. A visitor who does not agree should not use the website or submit the appointment form.
2. Educational and appointment-request purpose
The website provides general educational and marketing information concerning eligible retirement rollovers and fixed indexed annuity insurance concepts and allows a visitor to request contact. It does not execute transactions, hold assets, open accounts, provide a consumer-profile determination or issue an insurance policy.
3. No professional relationship or reliance
Use of the website does not create an investment-advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, insurance or other professional relationship. Website content is not individualized advice or a recommendation. A visitor is responsible for obtaining advice from qualified professionals and reviewing controlling plan, tax and contract documents before acting.
4. No transaction authority
A form submission, telephone message, email, text message or website interaction does not authorize a rollover, transfer, distribution, exchange, surrender, replacement, purchase, sale, beneficiary change or other transaction. No one should send money, endorse a check, disclose credentials or sign documents based solely on website content.
5. Eligibility and accurate information
A visitor using the appointment form represents that the visitor is an adult, is providing the visitor’s own accurate contact information or has lawful permission to provide it, and will not submit sensitive information. The visitor may not impersonate another person, submit deceptive information, abuse the form or interfere with the website.
6. Calls and texts
Contact authorization is governed by the language displayed beside the appointment-form checkbox and the Privacy Notice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. A visitor should not submit a telephone number the visitor does not control or lack permission to use.
7. Intellectual property
The website’s original copy, layout, logo, graphics and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Visitors may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial evaluation. No content may be republished, sold, scraped, framed, modified to imply endorsement, used to train a competing service, or used in misleading advertising without permission, except as permitted by law.

My Safe Rollover does not control or endorse every statement, product, security practice, availability or policy of an external site. Use of an external service is subject to that provider’s terms.
9. Prohibited use
A visitor may not use the website to violate law; transmit malicious code; probe or bypass security; overload the server; harvest personal information; send spam; impersonate another person; submit sensitive financial or authentication information; make false regulatory or affiliation claims; or interfere with another visitor’s use.
10. Accuracy and changes
Website information may become outdated or contain errors. Laws, tax rules, plan procedures, product terms, rates, insurer ratings, licenses and availability can change without website notice. Content may be corrected, changed, suspended or removed at any time. Current official sources and controlling documents take priority over a website summary.
11. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, noninfringement, security, eligibility, product availability or a particular result. Nothing in this paragraph limits a warranty that applicable law does not permit to be disclaimed.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Safe Rollover and persons involved in operating or responding through the website will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from website use, inability to use the site, reliance on general content, third-party services or unauthorized transmission of sensitive information. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited and does not alter duties arising from a later written agreement or regulated transaction.
13. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, a person who intentionally misuses the website agrees to be responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by that misuse, including impersonation, unlawful data submission, security interference, infringement or deceptive use of the brand. This provision does not apply to ordinary good-faith consumer use.
14. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or another jurisdiction’s nonwaivable law controls. Subject to any mandatory forum or arbitration provision in a later written agreement, disputes concerning this website should be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Mexico.
15. Severability and no waiver
If a provision is held unenforceable, it should be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of future enforcement.
